Le Meadow’s Pantry has four sweet jams and two delectable marmalades that have their own perfect traditional and unexpected food pairings. Jams are made by crushing sugar and fruit and are typically thicker and sweeter, while marmalades contain bits of the peel in a transparent jelly. All preserves are vegan and gluten-free, and made locally in Vancouver, BC.
